Great to see the progress of work on site at Viaduct Road. We are creating extra space in a small 1 bed flat by accessing a closed off basement space.

A new stair accesses the basement and access to the new enlarged bathroom is straight through the middle of a former chimney. This project is all about making the most of a small space by being really smart about each and every design decision.
