We were thrilled to be asked by one of regular developer clients to design their family home for them, which we took as a sign of our excellent working relationship and eye for detail. The project involved a change of use application from the existing community church to residential use, and dealing with challenging site constraints.

We focussed on using traditional residential details with box bay windows, soldier courses and projecting header bricks, all of which added detail and texture to the building.
