When our client was looking for an architect to work on this beautifully proportioned Victorian terraced house in the heart of Kemptown's conservation area, they needed a Brighton architect who could understand the best way to achieve planning approval whilst ensuring they achieved everything that they needed.

The project was a challenging one in that the goals were to create an additional storey on the existing rear extension and a new roof terrace. We worked alongside CMK Planning and the planning officer to design an extension that was modest, well considered and appropriate to this historic building.
