We are often asked by developers to maximise the value of an existing planning permission, and so it was with this new build detached house just outside Hassocks. Our client wanted to rationalise the existing layout and provide ensuite bathrooms and vaulted ceilings to all bedrooms. In addition we redesigned the elevations to give greater balance and symmetry to the design whilst adding simple feature brick detailing to add a richness to the design.

As we were amending an existing planning application, it was important that our architectural drawings were consistent with the original application.
