Schools & Nursery Workshops
At EN Architects, we are passionate about inspiring the next generation to understand and shape the built environment. Through our architectural outreach programme with local schools and nurseries, we introduce children to the world of buildings, design and creativity in an engaging and accessible way. Using our specially created Junior Architect activity handbooks, we help young learners explore how architecture influences the places where we live, learn and play — and how thoughtful design can improve lives and protect the planet.
Our workshops and resources encourage children to observe their surroundings, understand shapes and structures, explore materials such as brick, timber and stone, and think about how buildings respond to climate, culture and community. Through drawing, model-making and hands-on design activities, pupils begin to see themselves as problem-solvers and creative thinkers. By demystifying the profession and introducing architecture as both an art and a science, we aim to broaden horizons and present architecture as an exciting and achievable career path from an early age.
