We work with local authorities and housing providers to deliver the buildings and spaces their communities actually need.
From affordable and retirement housing through to public realm, community centres and amenity facilities. We work on everything from affordable housing schemes and retirement housing developments to new public spaces, community centres and cafés, amenity facilities for traveller sites, and larger feasibility work for 100+ unit schemes.
We can take projects through from inception to completion, or ad hoc stages as required providing feasibility studies, planning applications, technical delivery and contract administration.
We regularly manage the planning process, resident and public consultations ourselves or working alongside planning and marketing consultants where required, coordinating the range of stakeholders a public project involves so councils get a single, design-led point of contact rather than another layer to manage.
