This whole property remodel and refurbishment of a small single storey bungalow, used the existing falls of the site to create a dramatic home split over 3 levels.

We worked with the client to make the budget go further by retaining the structure of the existing conservatory, but dropped the level internally so that the new split level living room and dining room had a direct connection to the garden, and create a fantastic double height space internally. 

By fully replacing the roof and structure and raising the ridge, we created three new bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs which fundamentally transformed this 2 bedroom bungalow into a modern bespoke 5 bedroom family home.
