RESIDENTIAL
From small scale home refurbishments, medium & large scale remodels and extensions to new build dwellings,
we have the experience and creativity to help bring your visions to life.
We work with homeowners across the South East & beyond to refurbish, extend and reimagine their homes.
From a single-storey extension or loft conversion through to a one-off new build house, every project starts with the same question: what does this house need to work better for the people living in it?
Our experience, knowledge, creativity and passion combined with your vision, forms the perfect design team. Working together we develop ideas from early concept hand sketches, through to fully drawn up plans, 3d renders and visualisations that can place you in the heart of your new home and help you see the spaces we can create before planning permission or laying a single brick.
Our residential work spans a wide range of scales, from smaller extensions and renovations (roughly £50k–£150k) through to substantial remodels and extensions (£150k–£300k) to large scale extensions and new builds (£300k +). We bring the same considered, detail-led process to every project whether it's a modest side extension or a new build house, because the size of the project doesn't change how much it matters to the people who'll live there.
